SHOPPING CART GUIDE.

Browsing

To browse through the rose catalogue, click on your choice from the 'Roses' list at the top left hand side of the site. This will take you to the first page of products from your selected category. At the top and bottom of this page the number of items found and the number of items being displayed will appear along with a link for the 'Next' and then 'Previous' pages.
You can also search for a list of roses by typing a letter from A - Z or a rose name in the field at the top left side of the page and clicking the 'Search' button .

Shopping

Simply click on the 'add to cart' button for each rose you wish to purchase. If you require more than 1 you can click the the button again, as many times as required, or highlight the figure in the box next to the button and type the required number before clicking the button. You can continue browsing through any of the categories and adding your selected plants to your cart. Your current total of shopping cart items and price will display at the top of the page.

Cart View

You can view your complete cart at any time by clicking 'View Cart' from any of its locations on the page.
To edit the quantity of an item from the cart, highlight and change the number next to that plant and click the 'Edit Quantity' button to update your cart. To remove any items from the cart click the 'Remove Items' button and a check box will appear next to each item in the cart. Check each box next to the roses you wish to remove and then click 'Remove Items' again to update your selections.
To complete your order you can click on the 'Check Out' link at any time from the top right of the page or the 'Complete Order' button from the shopping cart. The first step is to select your postage area from the pull down list and click the continue button. From here you will see the total price with postage based on the number of plants and destination of your order. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

You can still browse and make changes to your order from here by selecting any of the rose categories from the top left of the page and view your cart in the same manner as before.
 

When you are happy with your final selection click on the link to 'Complete Order' from your cart view or the 'Check Out' link at the top right of each each page.

Fill in your Payment Information and Shipping Information. Make sure to select the required Shipping Zone for Australia post orders, or Pick Up from Nursery if you will be coming to collect your plants or arranging a different shipping method.

Click 'Verify Order' and you will be requested to fill in any missing information. If you have made any mistake you can 'Make Changes'. When correct, click 'Submit Order for Processing and you will receive an automated email reply confirming your order.

Payment Methods

Direct Deposit: Please phone the Nursery for our banking details.

Cheque: Please post a copy of your order or Order Number with your cheque. Plant orders will be dispatched after your cheque has cleared.

Credit Card: All credit cards must now be verified by the bank and are subject to a $1.50 transaction fee.

Please Note: If you wish to use a credit card but do not wish to send credit card information via the web, leave the card information blank and then phone us with your credit details, or print the online order form and post the form with your completed details.

On receiving your order we will contact you via email or phone to confirm all plants requested are available for dispatch and to arrange for payment.
